On Gandhi Jayanti in 1994, Satpuda Education Society Jalgaon Jamod established the College of Arts & Commerce. “Real India lives in villages” was once a saying by Mahatma Gandhi. Warvat Bakal is a small town in the Buldana District of Maharashtra’s Sangrampur Tahesil. Twenty villages in the area are connected to this location. The institute occupies 5 and half acres of land and has sufficient classroom and laboratory building infrastructure.  The establishment gives training from undergrad and post graduate projects in Expressions, Trade and Science Resources. The institute aims to become a broad umbrella under which current and former students will present their experiences, accomplishments, knowledge, and expertise from various fields to imagine a world where all divisions come together to interact, connect professionally, and grow intellectually. Over time, we believe, this continuous process would not only open the way for individuals to benefit, but it would also allow the institution to flourish. The institute has working alumni association from 2015. We are intended to registered this alumni association during the 2021-22 session & finally in the month of 10October 2022with vide Regi. No. Maha/304/2022.During the last five years the institute’s efforts basically targeted to strengthen the association but due to the interruptions created by worldwide pandemic of covid 19 adversely affected in organizing our efforts. Recently we initiated some of the new measures to enrich our alumni association.

Objectives

1. To provide platform for interaction between the present student and eminent alumni of college.
2. To organize and establish scholarship funds to help the needy and deserving students.
3. Sponsors prizes to merit students.
4. To promote campus placements by placing former students in well-known Indian and international businesses
5. To plan events like debates, seminars, and workshops as well as cultural and social welfare programs
6. To arrange financial or non-monetary contributions to poor students for their education
7. Institute aims to promote and encourage active participation of alumni in the progressive development of institution.
